PHILADELPHIA KOREAN PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

Proclaiming and Enjoying the Gospel of Christ Jesus

Our History

Philadelphia Korean Presbyterian Church was incorporated in 1953 as the first Korean church in the city of Philadelphia. Located along the Cobbs Creek Parkway, PKPC for much of its history served the 1st generation Korean-American immigrant population residing in the greater Philadelphia area.

In recent years, the congregation at PKPC has developed into a multi-generational, multi-ethnic body that continues to cherish its cultural roots. Philadelphia Korean Presbyterian Church is a member of the Korean Eastern Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).
